Do you offer gift wrapping or gift messages?
Not yet, but it's coming. For now, every order arrives with care. I'll update this the moment gift wrapping is live.
Are your greeting cards blank inside?
Yes, so you can write your own message. They're printed in studio with archival pigment inks on fine-art paper, from original hand-painted artwork.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes. Reach out within 7 business days. Items must be new, unopened, and unused, with original tags.
What if something arrives damaged or isn't right?
Email info@nunabox.com within 7 days with your order number and a photo, and I'll make it right. See our Refund Policy for the details.
Where do you ship, and how long does it take?
We ship only within Canada. Each maker ships their own orders, so delivery times and shipping rates vary by brand. Cards ship free within Canada, and some makers offer free shipping over a minimum. You'll see the exact cost for each item at checkout. If you order from different creators, your goodies might arrive in separate, beautiful packages!
Most orders arrive in 5 to 10 business days, depending on the maker.
How do you choose the brands on TQP?
Every brand is hand-selected, and I check for alignment before it goes on the shelf. I look for independent makers who care about quality, materials, and the people behind the work.
Who is behind The Qujanaq Project?

It means "thank you" in Greenlandic.
