Policy to Poetry 💫

The Qujanaq Project began when the world felt too loud for what was quiet and true.

After years of writing reports and proposals, I realized I’d been translating healing into policy; when what I really wanted was to turn it into something live.

So I picked up a brush.

It wasn’t about stepping away from my work — it was about letting it breathe differently.

The same stories of community, gratitude, and healing began to take colour, shape, and texture.

It stopped being something I wrote about and started being something on the daily.

This project became the bridge between all the parts of me — the planner and the dreamer, the writer and the maker, the voice that once spoke in policy, now speaking in poetry.

Because sometimes the fullest version of who we are doesn’t arrive with noise —
it arrives in full colour.  🧶🎨
